Kit: Motor + controller board for treadmill Nordick Track, Proform, Weslo compatible with ICON MC2100ELS | MC2100E | ICON MC2000ES.

This kit includes one compatible controller type Astek with 180V motor, the 180V motor and fixing bands to install easily the new motor. 180V motors have better performances and reliability than the original 130V motors, when they are used with standard 220/240VAC input voltage (standard tension in Europe, Middle East, Asia and most of countries).

Treadmill motor and controller kit specifications

• This kit is a replacement kit for controller AND motor. It allows to replace both components.


• Cheap and effective solution when a faulty motor has damaged the controller


• To be used with brands Nordick Track, Proform and Weslo, and with Decathlon treadmills equipped with ICON motor

Installation:

1. Remove original controller and motor. Remove the transformers connected to XFMR connectors of the controller if present.


2. Install motor with fixing bands provided


3. Check motor drive belt tension. If there is no tensioning system on board, you may need to replace the drive belt.


4. Connect the controller (see pictures / wiring schemes)

Additional features

• 180V motors have lower A consumptions and higher efficiency, spare money on electricity bill!


• improved current control. In case of overloading, the controller will speed down and the overcurrent LED will light up. When this happens, please maintenance the treadmill and eventually replace the running belt with a low friction.


• Proper maintenance and lubrification of running belt will further increase life of your equipment and reduce power consumption.
