This Turdan high quality motor is the perfect replacement for McMillan Electric Company precision electric motors model C3448B4054.
This replacement treadmill motor has a diameter of 10.5 cm, and it is suitable to replace Icon motors with diameter between 9.5 and 12 cm.
Installation
1. Remove the motor fan from the old motor.
2. Unscrew the two long screws, open the motor and remove thermal protection (blue cables).
3. Install the replacement motor.
4. Apply the thermal protection on the new motor. Please insulate it with plastic from the frame, as shows in installation pictures.
5. Connect the motor black cable to A- and red cable to A+.
6. Connect the grounding cable.
7. Connect blue thermal protection switch.
Don't forget to
1. Clean and lube running deck.
2. Keep running belt cleaned.
