This motor is suitable to replace motors M51023FG1, M50853A5 and M50853A8.
Installation of replacement motor
1. Check the correct lubrication of the running belt
2. Check the correct tensioning of the transmission belt and of the running belt
3. Only if you replace a motor with 4 wires, you need to proceed with the following steps:
4. Remove the old motor, remove the plastic rear fan with a screwdriver and unscrew the screws that hold the brush holder.
5. Remove the thermal sensor connected to the two blue or green wires
6. Connect the new motor (usually faston M + corresponds to the red wire, M- corresponds to the black wire)
7. Attach the thermal protection on the new motor, electrically isolated from the motor frame as shown in the picture
8. Connect the thermal protection (blue or green wires) as for the original connection.
After installation follow the instructions below to make the treadmill last for as long as possible
1. Lubricate the running belt regularly
2. Always start with your feet on the side rails (FIRST start the belt at 1km / h, then go up)
3. Keep a walking speed above 5km / h
4. At the end of the training, check whether the motor overheats. If the engine reaches 45 ° C, check the correct installation and maintenance.
