1. For additional user safety, a grounding cable has been added to the motor;<
2. Additional thermal protection has been added to improve user safety and reduce risk of overheating;
Warning: on all Weslo, Nordic Track and Proform treadmills, we suggest to step on the siderails, start the treadmill at very low speed (1mph/1kmh) and THEN walk on the running belt. In specific conditions, stepping directly on the belt and starting the treadmill may cause a current surge which can damage the treadmill motor.
